About MyrixTV
MyrixTV is a premium IPTV subscription service built around one promise: no buffering, no auto-renewal, and a human on WhatsApp when you need help. This page explains who runs the service, how our guides are written, and how we keep claims honest.
Who We Are
MyrixTV is run by a small operations team that handles everything this site touches — the two-tier lineup (Standard with 25,000+ channels in full HD, Premium 4K with 57,000+ channels, UHD and premium sports), activation, billing and support. We don't outsource support to a ticket queue: customers reach us on WhatsApp, and the people who answer are the people who run the service.
Because we onboard subscribers ourselves every day, we get constant, real feedback on what confuses people about IPTV — the setup steps that trip them up, the players that work, and the claims other providers make that don't hold up. That experience is the raw material for this site and its blog.
How We Produce Content
Everything on the MyrixTV blog is written by the MyrixTV team from direct experience running the service — not by a ghostwriter recycling generic IPTV articles. Concretely, that means:
- Practitioner, not theorist. Setup guides are written from the steps we actually walk customers through; quality and comparison guides reflect what we see when we test streams and run servers.
- Evidence where it matters. Guides that make speed, bitrate or player recommendations link to independent sources — for example Netflix's internet-speed guidance, the Speedtest Global Index and official player sites. Claims you can verify should be verifiable.
- Reviewed and updated. Posts carry a publish or "Updated" date, and we revise them when the service, pricing or the technology changes. Publish dates on the blog reflect the last update.
- No fabricated specs. We never invent channel counts, prices or features that aren't in the actual service. Where a number is a marketing figure, we say so (the channel-count note in the review is one example).
Reviews, Pricing & Transparency
We publish only reviews that a real customer can be held to: every review on the homepage is checked against an order or activation ID before it appears, and the form requires that ID at submission. There are no paid placements on this site, and comparisons with other providers are named and specific rather than dressed-up marketing.
Prices shown on the pricing section are verified against the live checkout and reviewed for accuracy. We update the "Plans and prices verified" note when the figures change.
When MyrixTV is reviewed by us or compared with competitors, we are transparent that the writing team operates the service. Independent accuracy is still the goal — honest trade-offs are documented, because a service that hides its limits is a service you shouldn't trust.
